Celebrate the arrival of spring Russian-style!

Maslenitsa is an ancient Russian and Ukrainian festival, celebrating the end of winter and arrival of spring. The festival returns to London for a week of festivities from the 19th February, including various shows, theatre performances and events for both adults and children. It will all culminate in a day of celebration at Trafalgar Square on Sunday 26th February.
Join us for an afternoon of Russian treats as Trafalgar Square is transformed into a bustling Russian bazaar with stalls selling souvenirs and delicious food (including that all-important staple of Maslenitsa – pancakes!) Alongside this there will be a programme of music, headlined by legendary rock group Chaif, and a childrens’ marquee programme of family-friendly events. Come grab a drink, a blini and join in with the fun!
