Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to anyone who lives in the United Kingdom.

2. Entries can be submitted using the comments field our webpage or on Twitter using the appropriate #hashtag, designated by Academia Rossica. 

3. All entries will be published on the Academia Rossica website and Facebook page.

4. Entries must be submitted by 5pm GMT on Wednesday 16th March 2011. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. The winner will be notified by 5pm GMT on Friday 18th March 2011.

6. The winner will be contacted through Facebook or Twitter using private messaging or via email.

7. The winner must email james.rann@academia-rossica.org with their address by Friday 1st April 2011 to claim their prize, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.

8. The winning entry will be announced on the Academia Rossica Facebook wall, along with the winner's name and location. Winners are entitled to opt out of this if they wish.

9. Winners will receive their prize by Royal Mail within 14 days.

10. Academia Rossica administrators reserve the right to remove any entries that they deem to be inappropriate or offensive.
