We are delighted to announce the UK premiere screening of SPY, showing at KinoKlub as part of this year’s SLOVO Russian Literature Festival. Boris Akunin will be attending the screening to present the screen adaptation of his own book The Spy Thriller. Featuring an all-star cast, which includes Fyodor Bondarchuk, Vladimir Yepifantsev and Danila Kozlovsky, Spy is the latest and most ambitious Akunin work to be adapted for the big screen, with Akunin himself writing the script. Set in Moscow in the run up to the outbreak of war in 1941, the film chronicles the intrigues between the elusive spies of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. Aleksei Andrianov 
Aleksei Andrianov graduated from the Faculty of Cinematography at VGIK in 2006. His short film 'Bulkin's Last Day' was screened widely at numerous international film festivals, winning several awards in Moscow, Hong Kong and Hungary. Spy is his first feature length film.
